Charlie is so busy! Seriously, no one is teaching him how to be a boy...he just is!
But this is funny, atleast when he is "up to something" he knows when to clean up his mess. One day last week he took Brenna's tall water bottle {that didn't have the top on it} off the table. I tried to take it from him but, of course, he insisted. I thought, well it's just water so I'll let him have it...OUTSIDE! So I put him out on the back porch with it and he did exactly what I knew he would do...he tried to drink it and spilled it all down the front of him and was standing in a puddle of water. Still observing from a distance, I watched him go into the kitchen and get the dishtowel that was on the handle of the oven door. He took it outside and started wiping it up. I thought that was so cute that he thought to clean up the mess but the story gets even "cuter". He then took the dishtowel and hung it back up on the handle of the oven.
He's always up to something but he's awfully cute when he does it!!

You can't be upset with them when they make a mess, especially when they clean it up themselves. that just means you know you have taught them well. Good job Charlie!! Now you can make a mess and just clean up afterwards, it'll be alright.
